Products and services

MzDigital supplies WordPress plugins, themes, software, SaaS subscriptions, website development and digital services. Product features, licence duration, prices and support terms are specified on each product page.

Ordering and payment

Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). Applicable taxes and additional charges are disclosed before payment. Orders are confirmed after successful payment verification through the payment provider displayed at checkout.

Software licences

Purchase grants the licence rights specified in the product listing; it does not transfer software ownership. Customers must not unlawfully redistribute software or share licence credentials.

Subscriptions

Recurring billing frequency, price and renewal conditions are shown before purchase. Customers may cancel future renewals in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

Custom services

Custom development and consulting are governed by an accepted quotation or statement of work, including scope, milestones and fees. Changes to scope require agreement.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable rights under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Privacy and security

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Payments are processed by the payment provider identified at checkout.

Governing law

These terms are governed by South African law.
