Orders before delivery

Contact us promptly to request cancellation before a digital order is fulfilled or services begin. Applicable legal rights and agreed terms govern refunds.

Subscriptions

Request cancellation by emailing info@mzdigital.co.za or using account cancellation controls where available. We will confirm the effective date. Future renewals stop when cancellation takes effect; access may continue until the paid period ends.

Custom projects

Written cancellation requests for custom projects are assessed against the accepted scope, work already completed, reasonable committed costs and statutory rights.

Cooling-off rights

Any applicable statutory cooling-off and cancellation rights under South African law are preserved; statutory exceptions may apply to certain digital goods and services.
