Delivery Policy

Electronic delivery

Digital products are delivered through customer accounts, download links, email, licence activation or SaaS account provisioning. No physical shipping applies to digital-only products.

Timeframes

Automated downloads and licences are normally available shortly after verified payment. Manual provisioning and custom development follow the timeframe shown on the product page or agreed quotation.

Costs

Digital delivery has no physical shipping charge. Any implementation or setup fee is disclosed before purchase.

Non-delivery

Check your order email and customer dashboard. If access is missing, email info@mzdigital.co.za with your order number. Where delivery cannot be completed within the agreed or legally required period, appropriate remedies including refunds will be provided.
